About Us
Here at Cedar Creek Military School, our goals are simple: help a student through their learning process and choosing of their career, their preparation and evaluations to make sure they have the necessary skills for their work, and their training to handle any emergency that can happen in their workplaces.
To ensure this, we have developed our own educational philosophy and system. This new method is called GOSC (Global Offensive Social Classes).
- Through technology’s easy access to information, students can investigate and learn about topics, then interact with the class with their work & research.
- Social interaction within classes is an important part of the method too, since students need to know how to interact with others, help each other, compete & outperform each other, and understand how they should act with society.
- The teacher will do most of the teaching, providing the students with lessons, activities and feedback.
- Hardcore extracurricular activities will also be applied to the method, so that students learn to solve or deal with emergency situations (whether it is on a nuclear plant, bomb defusal, hostage rescue/escape, construction site problems, robberies, etc.) & other problems.
- Another vital aspect is the evaluations. These will be challenging for the students, fomenting their critical thinking & problem solving skills. Throughout the education, these evaluations can also help the students choose their life career and goals. They could range from exams of different subjects like maths or a second language, to projects of topics that students are interested in, to completing practice operations/missions in open or closed areas.
The values within our methodology are five: Confidence (knowing what they're worth and their capabilities), fraternity (learning to work as a team, interact with others - familiar or strangers - , and respect people around them), empowerment (learn about different subjects to help them be prepared for whatever career they choose, military training, and evaluations to test their skills of the body & mind), discipline (how to be a leader and follow & contribute to others, order, responsibility, and consistency), and self-refinement (constantly wanting to improve as a person, in their skills and work field).
Through our values, methods, and philosophy, Cedar Creek Military School prepares our students for their future, and their self-protection at work
